Build Confidence

Through class participation children build a sense of self worth and ability to feel safe and confident in the water.

 

Develop Independence

Starting with the use of floatation aids, children begin the first steps of moving themselves through the water independantly, through to the point of being able to do this unassisted over short distances.

 

Learn Basic Swim Strokes

An emphasis is put on learning the basics of Freestyle and Backstroke to give children the foundations to progress through to intermediate levels.
